We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Hematology brand strategy and launch efforts in Canada.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Canadian market and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive brand plan that drives business growth and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a hematology vision and strategy for Lilly Canada
  • Informing and supporting commercial shifts necessary to deliver on the hematology strategy
  • Gaining deep customer insights across patients, payers, and healthcare professionals to inform our brand strategy
  • Leading the customer planning process, supporting business planning, and leading operational planning for pre-NOC and post-NOC activities
  • Partnering with global and IBU teams to ensure alignment on strategy and efficient use of common resources
  • Driving and leading the launch preparation partnership process in collaboration with cross-functional local and global teams
  • Managing the overall commercial brand budget for pre and post-launch
  • Driving innovative thinking across the cross-functional team for a bold and comprehensive pre and post-launch OCE plans

Requirements include:

  • University degree
  • 7+ years of marketing-related experience
  • Experience with brand management, launching new products, and NILEX management
  • Extensive omnichannel marketing experience
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Experimentation and risk-taking abilities
  • Learning agility and high comfort with change in a high-stakes environment
  • Project management skills
  • Business acumen skills, including budget management and strategic trade-offs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Additional skills and preferences include:

  • TA experience in oncology/hematology and the competitive environment
  • Bilingualism
