Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager with B2C and e-commerce expertise to shape and amplify our brand in the competitive insurance landscape. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll report to our VP of Marketing and be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand messaging and experiences
  • Leading the ideation and execution of innovative B2C brand campaigns
  • Measuring brand perception and developing customer personas through qualitative and quantitative research

Requirements

We're looking for a creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for brand building. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of brand management experience with a strong focus on B2C marketing
  • Ability to experiment, measure, analyze data, and derive actionable insights
  • Experience providing creative direction and establishing brand guidelines
  • Demonstrated success in leading impactful B2C brand campaigns
