We are seeking highly motivated and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating clients and promoting President's Choice Financial Products in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of President's Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
  • Understand customers' needs to make appropriate recommendations.
  • Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers have a great experience.
  • Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with customer information.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in sales in a financial or retail environment (an asset).
  • Comfortable with sales targets and eager to push the status quo.
  • Outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with people.
  • Customer service or sales experience an asset.
  • Comfortable delivering key messages and strong listening and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability when working with confidential customer information.
  • Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check.
  • Interest in learning and development through coaching and training.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
