Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and help drive our growth strategy. Reporting to the Marketing Leader for RWDI Ventures, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, operations, science, and software development to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid media campaigns, to drive high-quality leads for our sales team.
- Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and collateral that differentiates our solutions in the market.
- Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Track and analyze the performance of these campaigns to optimize results.
- Develop and manage content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, and videos, aligning with our brand voice and mission.
- Support the planning and execution of online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance) to inform data-driven decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in lead generation, product marketing, and multi-channel marketing (digital and traditional).
- Experience working in a startup environment is an asset.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
