Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 4 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; 2 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
  • Preferred: 4-year college degree; demonstrated skills in supervising a team; lodging sales experience; hotel industry work experience
