About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Bibo Pizzeria LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that dishes are consistently prepared to our exacting standards.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food meets our high standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to ensure that we are delivering exceptional results and meeting the needs of our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Cuisine Specialties: Italian cuisine
  • Language: English
