About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Bibo Pizzeria LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as supervising and training other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high quality standards.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods for events and functions, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard.
  • Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas, working closely with the Head Chef and other members of the kitchen team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
