About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Bibo Pizzeria LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Work closely with our head chef to plan and execute menu items, ensuring that they are aligned with our brand's culinary vision
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
    • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards
    • Work with our suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand
    • Work with our purchasing team to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced culinary environment
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
