Culinary Services Supervisor

The role of the Food Services Supervisor at 21 Century Food Ltd. is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary department. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of College or CEGEP
- Specialization in Hospitality Administration/Management
- Experience in Restaurant/Food Services Management or equivalent
- Develop and implement effective work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Supervise the assembly of food trays
This position operates in a fast-paced setting, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods. Public transportation options are available for commuting.
Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience
