Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff.
- Provide training to team members on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire food service personnel.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Possess a strong understanding of the restaurant's culinary offerings.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
