Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Agent III to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor shipments, including communication with overseas offices, pick up, delivery of goods, freight monitoring, documentation, insurance, and accounting.
  • Advise customers on sea freight import procedures and international regulations, including payment procedures.
  • Obtain and produce all relevant information, including overseas, bank-related documents, consulates, government agencies, etc.
  • Organize transport and documentation with carriers.
  • Produce accurate information and documentation on time.
  • Develop business relationships and follow up with customers and partners, including carriers.
  • Assist intermediate and junior agents in problem-solving.
  • Ensure the company closes all files within the set time frame established.
  • Participate in improving quality and processes.

Requirements

  • College degree in Logistics and Transportation.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the transportation field.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
