We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective communication with customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to their shipments.
  • Freight Monitoring: Monitor and coordinate shipments, including communication with overseas offices, pick up, delivery of goods, freight monitoring, documentation, insurance, and accounting.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Obtain and produce all pertinent information, including overseas, bank-related documents, consulates, government agencies, etc.
  • Transportation Coordination: Organize transport and documentation with carriers.
  • Business Development: Develop business relations and follow up with customers and partners, including carriers.
  • Team Support: Assist intermediate and junior agents' members in problem-solving.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in improving quality and processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: College degree in Logistics and Transportation.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the transportation field.
  • Language: Bilingual (French/English).
