We are seeking a visionary Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations to spearhead our influencer marketing and public relations efforts across our portfolio of captivating games.

As the driving force behind our influencer and PR strategies, you will shape the narrative around our current and upcoming titles, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders within the gaming community. Your expertise will be instrumental in amplifying brand awareness, cultivating a passionate player base, and ensuring the success of our live games.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and align with our overall business objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture a thriving network of influencers, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that elevate our brand presence.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of PR and influencer managers, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and communications, to ensure seamless integration of PR and influencer initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in influencer marketing and public relations.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a demonstrated track record of success in launching games and managing GaaS campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the gaming landscape, including key influencers, media outlets, and community trends.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
