Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive, a leading video game development studio, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our influencer management and public relations efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you will be responsible for setting the global direction for our influencer and PR initiatives, empowering your team to create high-quality campaigns, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global influencer management and PR strategies for our live games;
- Lead a team of influencer managers and PR managers to create and execute high-return campaigns;
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, journalists, and agencies to drive positive ROI;
- Advocate for influencer and PR initiatives, establish KPIs, and communicate their impact;
- Manage influencer and PR budgets for all our games;
- Mentor and coach team members to drive growth and success.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving GaaS campaigns;
- Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus;
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a track record of driving positive ROI;
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring;
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
