Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive, a leading game development studio, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Influencer Management and Public Relations efforts. As a Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations, you will be responsible for setting the global direction for our current and upcoming live games, empowering your team to create high-quality influencer campaigns, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global influencer management and PR strategies for our live games
- Lead a team of influencer managers and PR managers to create high-impact campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with influencers, agencies, and the press to drive positive ROI
- Manage influencer and PR budgets for all our games
- Mentor and coach team members to drive growth and success
- 8+ years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving GaaS campaigns
- Knowledge of the current game community, influencers, and journalists
- Strong understanding of influencer and PR KPIs, with a track record of driving positive ROI
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus
