Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers Warmly: Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process Transactions: Process transactions, including exchanges and returns, according to company policy.
  • Balance Cash Reports: Balance cash reports at the end of each shift and prepare paperwork for rental vehicles.
  • Provide Product Information: Provide customers with product information, including current promotions and flyers.
  • Assist Customers: Assist customers with loading products into their carts or vehicles and bring carts to customers who need assistance.
  • Support Checkout Teams: Assist the customer service and checkout teams as needed.
  • Return Merchandise: Return all merchandise left at the returns desk to their appropriate departments.
Requirements
  • Patient and Good Communication Skills: Possess patient and good communication skills to handle customer inquiries and issues.
  • Courteous and Ability to Handle Difficult Situations: Be courteous and able to handle difficult situations in a professional manner.
  • Good Attention to Detail: Possess good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing transactions and resolving customer issues.
  • Customer Service-Oriented: Be customer service-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service.
