The Role

The Customer Care Representative serves as a liaison between Edge Imaging and our customers, effectively resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle, research, and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Accurately complete order and data entry
  • Maintain a high level of consistent customer service and professionalism
  • Ensure fast and accurate turnaround on orders and one-touch resolution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in a call center or related environment is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Sound and timely decision-making and composure under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to enter orders accurately and efficiently
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills when handling customer inquiries
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
