Cogeco, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to its customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Offer personalized solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide informed recommendations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
  • Post-secondary education or certification in customer service or a related field

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends and technologies
