Job Summary

The Sales Lot Attendant is a key member of our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle inventory. This role involves verifying the receipt of new and pre-owned vehicles, parking them in an organized manner, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our demo and showroom vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify vehicle serial numbers against invoices and assign stock control numbers to cards.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Receive and release inventory from transport companies.
  • Pick up and/or drop off sold units as requested.
  • Assist with vehicle delivery preparation.
  • Catalogue and store keys.
  • Perform daily inspections of the lot for unlocked vehicles and security.
  • Maintain showroom vehicles and demos for cleanliness.
  • Ensure the lot is arranged, organized, and free from litter and debris.
  • Ensure demonstrator vehicles are fueled and parked properly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
