About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at ADD INTERNATIONAL INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees, evaluating administrative services and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Geographical Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of administrative services in China, staying up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee financial benefits, including group insurance benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in administrative services or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
