Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Develop and oversee budget plans and expenditures.
- Formulate, execute, and assess human resources policies and initiatives.
- Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct research and prepare job classifications, descriptions, and compensation structures.
- Administer employee benefits, equity programs, and other HR initiatives.
- Oversee contract management.
- Manage training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members.
- Oversee payroll processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Facilitate staff recruitment and hiring processes.
- Provide coaching and mentorship.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Assess work environments and procedures to mitigate health risks.
- Coordinate and review various projects and programs.
- Proficient in human resources software.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
