Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Support Services team in a dynamic healthcare facility setting. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality food and facilities services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of supervisors and front-line employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners to drive business results.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or hospitality management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong background in food safety and sanitation, with experience in managing food service operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results through data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and business results.
