Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance the overall management of the long-term care facility.
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with external vendors to maintain service quality in care, food, and housekeeping.

Qualifications
  • Preferred Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or related sectors.
  • Experience in managing operations within a long-term care or retirement facility.
  • Strong problem-solving and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to provide a current Vulnerable Sector Check.
Salary Range
$90,000 - $105,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
