Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance the overall operations of our long-term care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and managing maintenance tasks.
  • Optimize expenses, drive revenue growth, and maintain compliance with various regulatory standards, including Continuing Care Health Standards, Residential Care Regulations, Accommodation Standards, PIR Standards, and Accreditation Canada Standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork, building and nurturing a high-performance team within our communities.

Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred, although combined education/experience will be taken into consideration.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, with administrative management and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing operations and facilities, preferably in a senior's long-term care or retirement facility.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business and financial management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to provide a complete and current (within six months) Vulnerable Sector Check, including a Criminal Background Check, or be willing to obtain one.
