We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our new long-term care facility in Kamloops, BC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the overall operations of our long-term care facility.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and manage maintenance tasks.
- Optimize expenses and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain compliance with various regulatory standards, including Continuing Care Health Standards, Residential Care Regulations, Accommodation Standards, PIR Standards, and Accreditation Canada Standards.
- Foster a culture of excellence and teamwork, building and nurturing a high-performance team within our communities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, with administrative management and supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in managing operations and facilities, preferably in a senior's long-term care or retirement facility.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
