Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at 360 Demolition and Environmental Services. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Record and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff and clients.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Inventory Control: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Filing Systems: Establish and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
  • Staff Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and hiring processes.
Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. Attention to detail and the capacity to manage repetitive tasks with minimal supervision are crucial.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
