About the Role:

Sosna Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our clients to assess their needs and wants, and providing them with life-changing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and wants through initial calls and in-home consultations
  • Develop and present design proposals to clients
  • Coordinate the drawing process with our team of Interior Designers, Engineers, and Architects
  • Guide clients through the selection of materials phase
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete at the project hand-off meeting
  • Remain the point of contact for the Construction Project Manager and attend periodic site meetings
  • Ensure project closing procedures are completed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and design
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong closing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Residential design and construction knowledge
  • Reliable transportation
