About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at SHERWOOD DESIGN AND PRINT. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop and produce high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including print materials, digital media, and visual communications.
  • Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance on design concepts and strategies.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite; excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
