About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Sosna Inc. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our clients to assess their needs and wants, and providing them with life-changing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and wants through initial calls and in-home consultations
  • Develop and implement design proposals, letters, and emails to clients
  • Coordinate the drawing process with our team of Interior Designers, Engineers, and Architects
  • Guide clients through the selection of materials phase
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete at the project hand-off meeting
  • Remain the point of contact for the Construction Project Manager and attend periodic site meetings
  • Ensure project closing procedures are completed
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Residential design and construction knowledge
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Estimating and budgeting skills
  • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Reliable transportation
