About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at SHERWOOD DESIGN AND PRINT. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Develop and produce high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including print and digital materials.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance on design concepts and strategies.
  • Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of design production, including concept development, design execution, and final delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Design Standards: Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines for the company, ensuring consistency across all projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a design firm or advertising agency.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Work Environment: 30 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
