About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at SHERWOOD DESIGN AND PRINT. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Production: Develop and produce high-quality designs for a variety of projects, including print materials, digital media, and visual communications.
  • Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences, and provide expert guidance on design concepts and solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of project production, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Design Development: Develop and refine design concepts, ensuring they meet the client's objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Design Implementation: Implement designs across various media channels, including print, digital, and visual communications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite; excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced design studio environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs to clients.
