About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth in small business accounts, dormant customer accounts, and generating product growth in existing accounts for Clarion Medical Technologies Inc. This role requires a strong knowledge base of Clarion products, as well as being resilient, friendly, well-spoken, and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads provided by the Marketing team by contacting customers directly to understand their current business needs.
  • Build relationships with dormant customer accounts that no longer purchase from Clarion Medical.
  • Generate new sales of products into existing, dormant, and new small business accounts.
  • Manage a portfolio of small business accounts with minimal sales activity.
  • Distribute larger sales opportunities to the outside Sales team.
  • Call on new small business accounts to identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize effective sales pitches to win business.
  • Identify Clarion product promotions that best suit customers' needs and win their business.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, or a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing environment.
  • Strong preference for French/English bilingualism.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a customer-centric or sales environment.
  • Selling into the Canadian Aesthetic healthcare industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Great Plains, is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with an outside Sales team.
  • Able to handle complaints from unhappy or unpleasant customers.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
