About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Contact Centre Representative to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Contact Centre Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide personalized support to customers through phone, email, and chat, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of TD Bank's products and services to effectively recommend and promote them to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is essential.
