We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our HR Contact Centre team as an HR Contact Centre Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our employees and HR colleagues by handling telephone and email inquiries related to HR policies, programs, and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on HR policies and procedures, as well as Manulife's HR self-service tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Manulife's HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to resolve complex customer issues.
- Experience in a call centre environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and tools is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
