Job Title: Service Coordinator

At Laura Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our merchandise is presented in a visually appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the cash desk, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our loyalty program.
  • Manage merchandise on the sales floor, including receiving, visual merchandising, and preparing outgoing merchandise.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting and verifying merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate the point of sale system, including processing transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point of sale systems.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
