Service Coordination Specialist

Johnson Controls is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our dynamic team within a busy call center setting.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for facilitating service operations, managing procurement of necessary components, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly and weekly reports on service requests for local clientele.
- Support the Service Manager in organizing tasks within the Service department.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers for parts required for service requests.
- Gather and evaluate data from service requests to enhance service delivery.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
- Carry out administrative duties and provide assistance to the team as necessary.
