We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our winning team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop yourself through meaningful work projects and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly/weekly reporting of service tickets for local customers.
  • Assist Service Manager and Service Team leaders in coordinating Service department tasks.
  • Create POs to vendors to purchase parts needed for service tickets, and for local stock.
  • Work with the Installation Teams on handing over process for completed projects.
  • Collect and analyze data from Service tickets to measure the efficiency and improve the quality of our services.
  • Follow up with customers and collect their feedback.
  • Gather all necessary information for final close-out documents.
  • Perform administrative functions, including answering phones, correspondence with customers, filing, and other duties.

This is a 24-hour call center position, with hours varying from 8 am to 10 pm. You must be flexible to work scheduled shifts.

We're looking for a candidate with a college diploma, preferably with one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service/sales or technical work environment. You should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing, and Internet business application usage.
