About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strata Property Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our licensed property managers in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Licensed Property Managers: Assist licensed property managers in their daily tasks, including organizing property files, managing correspondence, and providing administrative support.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in strata property management.
  • Travel: Travel to various locations, including strata council meetings, to provide support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • License: Eligible to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC.
