We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Property Manager Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our licensed property managers in all aspects of strata property management, while also working towards obtaining your Strata Property Management license.
Key Responsibilities- Assist licensed property managers with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Support the organization of property managers and strata councils
- Provide exceptional customer service to strata council members, building owners, and residents
- Manage emergencies and troubleshoot situations with a calm and decisive demeanor
- Develop skills in public speaking, leadership, relationship building, and budgeting
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries
- Excellent typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
- Clean criminal record check and valid Class 5 driver's license
- Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC
- Competitive salary of $55,000 annually, increasing to $60,000 upon licensing
