We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strata Property Management Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting our licensed property managers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to strata council members, building owners, and residents
- Manage day-to-day operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records
- Support licensed property managers with administrative tasks, such as scheduling maintenance and confirming jobs with tradespeople
- Develop skills in public speaking, leadership, relationship building, and budgeting
- Travel to buildings, learn about building systems, and attend strata council meetings to understand client interactions
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a property management or real estate-related field
- Excellent typing and knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Suite
- Clean criminal record check
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle in good working order
- Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC
