  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making sales recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately tracked and stored.
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and direct the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage Cash: Process cash transactions, manage cash handling procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Lead and develop a team of office and volunteer staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support store operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
