Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2620547 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, cashiers, and other store employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, and work with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for retail and customer service, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.
