Mobility Operations Leader

IBI Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director, Mobility Canada to join our dynamic team.
Reporting directly to the Business Area Director and indirectly to the Global Business Area Operations Director, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of mobility solutions within Canada.
Your ImpactAs the Operations Director, you will be responsible for aligning service delivery, resource allocation, and project risk management across our Mobility business unit. Your primary focus will be on ensuring consistent operational excellence, driving service transformation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Project Performance & Governance: Oversee project performance, implement robust governance frameworks, and manage change control processes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation across projects, conduct talent reviews, and develop training programs to enhance the capabilities of our project management team.
- Risk & Compliance: Establish a comprehensive risk management regime, monitor potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Service Excellence: Champion best practices in service delivery, promote standardization, automation, and the adoption of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing complex operations within a multinational engineering or professional services firm. Your expertise should encompass:
