Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to align business goals with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Drive the strategy to expand Arcadis's presence in the transport market and connect with new clients.
  • Expand Arcadis's services with existing clients by leveraging global expertise and talent.
  • Develop and execute market strategies to deliver innovative and integrated data-based transport solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Lead and support key account managers of our Mobility clients in Canada.
  • Collaborate with other sector leaders and business areas for cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Transportation Planning, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a leadership role within the transportation sector.
  • Strong business development skills and a track record of successfully winning and managing projects.
  • Good knowledge of transportation planning, design and construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align business goals with market opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous leadership positions with public transportation agencies.
  • Active leader within the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).
  • Proven understanding of the application and embedment of new technologies, products and service in the planning, design and delivery of transportation projects.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license or relevant certifications.
