About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient operation of the department.
  • Ensure all new employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Food and Beverage Server Certification.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor as required.
