  • Ensure all new employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Food and Beverage Server Certification is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting duties.
