As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and schedules of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure all new employees are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the restaurant, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Food and Beverage Server Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
