As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training to staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
  • Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all new employees are properly trained and equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the restaurant, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Ensure all equipment is functional and well-maintained, reporting any deficiencies to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Food and Beverage Server Certification is an asset.
  • Ability to apply safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Standing for long periods and physical labor may be required.
