Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the restaurant.
- Supervise the delivery of food items to customers.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervise a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced setting.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
