Job Title: Operations Supervisor

BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and resolving work problems to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
